These pieces were wood-fired to between cone 10 and cone 14 in various kilns found at Northern Arizona University. Kiln types includes double catenary, train, switchback train, anagama, and noborigama. Firings lasted for between 30 hours and six days depending on the kiln design and what effects were desired.
